On 11th October 2007, Ken Anstey and Graeme La Fontaine passed the FIBA Agent's examination.

FIBA has implemented regulations which govern the conduct of Players' Agents (Regulation H.5).
The aim of these regulations is to ensure that a high standard of quality and transparency is guaranteed for the activities of Players' Agents and player transfers both nationally and internationally. It is the intention that in the near future, all FIBA Clubs and associations will only deal with accredited agents when negotiating player contracts, transfers etc.

The accreditation als brings the added advantage of agents in different countries developing close working relationships, which can only be beneficial to the players. www.fiba.com
